Remove redundant versions of objects

You can remove all redundant versions of the objects used in the project. Versions are considered redundant if they are not used anymore in document production.

  1. Click the project and then click Cleanup project in the Other Actions pane on the right.
  2. Be sure to read the warning message and click Yes to proceed.
    You will receive a notification that the cleanup has been started.
  3. Click Yes.
    When the cleanup is completed, you receive a notification.
