Lists of Values (LOV)

Lists of Values are associated with structured fields inside a Form Markup. For example, a routing Form Markup could contain a structured field with a List of Values of potential recipient names. Lists of Values draw their data from database tables.

Lists of Values are similar to multi-row list views. The same types of filtering and paging controls apply to Lists of Values and list views.

Using Administration options to modify, add, or remove these settings can directly impact MarkView functionality or could require coding and configuration outside of MarkView. Therefore, do not perform administrative tasks for these settings without the guidance of a Kofax employee.
