Issues Known in This Fix Pack
Equitrac
Print client in Mac OS 14 will no longer brings the login, billing code, release key, document rename or cost preview dialog to the foreground. Instead, the dialog icon will bounce in the Dock.
Output Manager
1970762: The Adjust License button may be enabled before a license had been installed on the system. Workaround: Install the license before attempting to allocate features.
1939626: Under certain circumstances, the Desktop Client may report jobs twice to Output Manager.
1938393: When transferring documents between Output Manager instances using the Output Manager destination, document properties may be lost. Workaround: Set the document property's Apply Mode to Always Apply prior to sending the job.
1871374: When creating a new source, specifying a user defined Failover profile may not take effect immediately. Workaround: Edit and save the source.
1646508: Output Manager may track jobs even when the device's tracking options are disabled.

Install This Fix Pack
Use the following procedure to install the fix pack.
- Extract the contents of KofaxControlSuite-1.4.0.3_OfflineInstall.zip or KofaxControlSuite-1.4.0.3_WebInstall.zip on the computer where Kofax product is installed. The Web Installer package does require an internet connection so it can download required installers.
- Double-click InstallAssistant.exe.
The fix pack installer screen appears.
- Click Next to proceed with the installation.
- Follow the instructions on subsequent installer screens.
- Click Finish when prompted that the installation is finished.
