Use this procedure to create a form template. A form template
allows you to save form settings and reuse them to create new forms.

Confirm that the Toshiba Unified Client properties dialog
box is open.
To open it, either double-click the Toshiba Unified Client
capture icon in a task or right-click the icon and click
Properties on the shortcut menu.

On the Groups tab, right-click the form,
and click Save as Template on the shortcut menu.

Enter the location where to save the template.
If a dynamic form is enabled, you have the option of copying the associated .NET
script to the same location where the template will be saved.

Click Save.
When you successfully complete this task you will see a message indicating that the template was saved.
