Connections

The Connections tab lists all Xero migration connections that can be accessed by any capture profile with Xero migration in their workflow. When configuring a Xero migration, the connections configured on this screen become available in the Connection list in Workflow: Xero migration. For more information on configuring a Xero migration workflow step, see Xero.

Before proceeding, administrators must ensure that their Xero account is created and configured with a PSIcapture app. See Connecting to Xero.

Use this tab to host universally accessible connections for the Xero migration. The connections must be hosted at the root menu to allow any capture profile to access the Xero API and perform lookups and migrations.

To authenticate to Xero, you must add a connection first.

Button Description
Add Opens the Connection Definition dialog box, where you can define a new Xero connection.
Edit Opens the Connection Definition dialog box, where you can modify the selected connection.
Delete Permanently deletes the selected connection.
Details Opens a dialog box that displays various information concerning the selected connection.
Usage Opens a dialog box that shows you which capture profiles use the selected connection.

If you have multiple connections defined, you can switch the settings from the selected connection to another across all listed profiles.
