Invoice Header Locator example

The following examples show how the Invoice Number and Invoice Date picked the results from the format locators:

Use the Standard Evaluator to combine the results of the Invoice Header Locator with those of the field group locators. To assign the Standard Evaluator to the extraction field, use the “First of” setting.

For example, if the Invoice Header Locator returns a result for the invoice number that meets a defined level of confidence, the result is used. Otherwise, the result for the invoice number extracted by the Invoice Header Locator is used.
