Word Options, Excel Options, and PowerPoint Options
This dialog box is available from multiple integrated applications with applicable names such as Word Options, Excel Options and PowerPoint Options.
The Word Options, Excel Options and PowerPoint Options dialog boxes offer settings to govern conversions of a document to a PDF file when using the PDF Create Export Add-in for the respective applications. To display this dialog box, start the Add-in at , and then click Options in the Save As dialog box.
The dialog box contains the following panels:

Page range (only in Word and PowerPoint)

Export what (only in Word)
PDF Options
Set the details of the PDF file.

Compatible with: Select the PDF version in this list, including the related PDF/A versions for better accessibility.

Embed document information: Select this check box to transfer the document metadata provided with the source file to the PDF.

Create Bookmarks: Select this check box to transfer the bookmarks to the PDF file. Additionally, select any of the following options:

Convert Word Headings to Bookmarks: Select this check box to use the headings from the source Word document as Bookmarks in the PDF file. This option is only available in Word.

Convert Word Bookmarks: Select this check box to transfer the Bookmarks from the source Word document to the PDF file. This option is only available in Word.

Add Links to PDF: Select this check box to transfer the hyperlinks from the source document to the PDF file.

Use relative path to address target document: Select this check box to use relative paths in hyperlinks referring to other documents.

Convert Comment: Select this check box to transfer the comments from the source document to the PDF file.

Create Tagged PDF: Select this check box to add metadata that describes the document structure and the order of different document elements.

Create PDF/A Level A file when PDF/A is selected in Compatible: Select this check box to stick to PDF/A Level A conformance.

Compliance with PDF/UA: Select this check box to make the PDF file compliant with PDF/UA, which provides better accessibility than PDF/A Level A.

Convert Entire Workbook: Select this check box to save all sheets in the workbook. This option is available only in Excel.
Page range
Select which pages to include in the PDF file. This panel is available only in Word and PowerPoint.

Selection: Available only if text is selected in the document.

Current page

Pages: If selected, specify the page range to use by providing starting and ending page numbers.
Export what
Select whether to include the markup (such as comments, annotations, and highlights) in the PDF document. This panel is available only in Word.
