Save to a Document Managing System
Saving to a DMS is available only when PDF Convert is installed as a component of Power PDF Advanced and you have at least one DMS installed on your computer. For saving to a SharePoint site, the program offers a specific interface, while other DMS clients use their own client applications. See the list of the supported DMS types in the technical specifications.
To save an output file in a DMS, proceed with the following.

Select a Document Management System from the DMS
selection box in the Output Options panel.
Note A DMS appears in the DMS drop-down list only if it is installed on your computer. Cloud Connectors are also listed. You will see one menu item for each detected DMS.
- Enable or disable the Keep local copy option.
