#NoOfAppx and #NoOfAppxFB

The system variable  #NoOfAppx represents the number of appendix front pages (that is, the number of scanned sheets of paper found to be appendices to the document ).

#NoOfAppxFB is the number of appendix pages for the document, counting both front pages and back pages.
