Troubleshoot sender identification

If Interpret is not identifying senders correctly:

  • Open the Senders dialog and ensure that it contains the sender information found on invoices.
  • Ensure that the senders are not blocked.
  • Ensure that Use imported sender data... is selected in the Master data policy dialog.
