Restore Transact
Follow these steps to restore Transact.
Make sure you have a good backup of your Transact installation and databases before proceeding.
- Install the Transact version that needs to be restored.
- Request and install the Transact license.
- Log in to Transact.
- Stop all Transact services.

Delete the following databases:

Ephesoft
-
Report
-
Report_Archive
-
- Restore the latest backup of the databases listed in step 5.

Delete the following folders:

\Ephesoft\Application
-
\Ephesoft\SharedFolders
-
\Ephesoft\EphesoftReports
-
\Ephesoft\Dependencies\OpenLDAP

- Restore the folders listed in step 7 from the latest backup.
- Start the Transact service.
- Log in to Transact.
