Submit invoices

Submitting an invoice places it in the interface to the Oracle Applications system. At regular intervals, the invoices are imported from the interface into Oracle Applications. Once you submit an invoice, that invoice no longer appears on the list of invoices. However, you can follow the status of submitted invoices on the Request Status page.

To submit an invoice:

  1. In the Invoice List page select the <invoices> that you want to submit and click Submit Invoices.

    SSI generates a bar code cover page and email template for each invoice. If the invoice is not complete, for example the total of invoice lines is not equal to the invoice total and it is required to be, SSI displays a warning. The system prompts you to confirm the submission.

  2. Click Submit Invoices again.

    The Success page opens.

  3. On the Success page, click the Scan bar code icon to generate a cover page for scanning the invoice and associated documents. Click the Email icon to send the invoice and associated documents in an email message.
