Configure the MFP settings

You must download MFP client software to configure TotalAgility for use with MFPs.

Download MFP Client software

Follow the instructions for downloading the MFP client software, such as MFP Emulator.

  1. Launch TotalAgility Designer and navigate to System > System Settings > Capture > Devices.

    The Devices page appears.

  2. Click Download.
  3. To download MFP Client Software, on the Manufacturer list, select the manufacturer that corresponds to your MFP type, such as MFP Emulator.
  4. Click

    A .zip file containing installation instructions in PDF format is downloaded.

  5. Run and configure the MFP Emulator as described in the guide.
    The MFP Emulator is installed.

MFP Emulator

  1. Start the MFP Emulator.
  2. On the Main Menu for the MFP Emulator, select the Capture Starter Pack_DeviceScan form.

    The Index Fields for the Capture Starter Pack_Device Scan dialog box appears.

  3. Navigate to Settings > Devices > Device Profiles and edit the Default Profile.
  4. On the Associated Forms tab, associate the Device form for the process into the Associated column.
  5. Click Save.
