Add New Connection window

This window is displayed when you add a new relational connection in the Databases tab. Select the connection type and enter a name to identify the connection. Click OK and a window is displayed where you configure the connection.

Select a connection type: Select the type of relational database you are using, Microsoft SQL Server, ODBC, or Oracle.
Name: Enter a name to identify a connection when defining a database.

The following buttons are available at the bottom of this window:

Button	Description
OK	Closes the window and saves your changes.
Cancel	Closes the window without saving your changes.
Help	Displays the help for the open window.
