Field Visibility window

This window allows you to configure which fields are displayed in the search results.

There are three columns on this window.

Data Source Fields

A list of available fields configured in the database.

Visible in Search Results

Select the fields that you want to appear in the Database Lookup window. Sometimes you may want to include or exclude a database field from the Database Lookup window that is displayed during Validation.

If this setting is cleared for a field that is included in the Immediate Search, a warning is displayed.

This warning means that the results of an immediate search may differ from the results of any manual searches that you perform using the Database Lookup window.

Default Search Field

For an immediate search, if your Search behavior is configured Per column on the Field Mapping window - Relational Database Lookups then selecting this setting means that the initial focus is given to this search field.

The following buttons are available at the bottom of this window:

Button	Description
OK	Closes the window and saves your changes.
Cancel	Closes the window without saving your changes.
Help	Displays the help for the open window.
