Date/time field options

A date/time field allows users to enter dates.

Option	Description
Date Format	Select one of the date formats. Short Date (mm/dd/yyyy) Long date (Day, Month, dd, yyyy) MM/DD/YYYY MM-DD-YYYY DD/MM/YYYY DD-MM-YYYY YYYY/MM/DD YYYY-MM-DD
Restrict to date range	Select this check box and specify From and To dates to restrict date entries to a range.
