User Workflows

This chapter describes the workflow for users who want to access the available Equitrac Embedded features on the MFP device, including:

• Secure Document Release (SDR)
• Copying
• Scanning
• Sending or receiving faxes
• Other device functions

There are two ways to log in: using a USB card reader, and/or manually entering user credentials on the device. When completing login, the user has a choice between accessing Follow-You Printing and accessing the device functions. See Using the MFP Device for login option details.
