Manage Accounts options
The Manage Accounts dialog box is used to configure OneDrive accounts.
Option | Description |
---|---|
Active OneDrive ID | Displays the OneDrive account used by the process. |
Authenticate | Click this option to add a new account into the list of the authenticated user
accounts. When you click this option, the component opens the OneDrive account authentication page window. Proceed with authentication steps in the window. If authentication is successful, the new account is added to the list in the table. Note: Once authenticated, the account is stored on the
system and available for all instances of the OneDrive component on this system
until you revoke it in one of the instances.
The second way to authenticate
is by web services, see How to authorize a OneDrive account by web services |
Revoke | Select an account in the list and click this option to remove it. In this
case, the component removes the account from the list and revokes and deletes its
associated authentication token from the token storage directory. Attention: When you revoke an authenticated OneDrive account, it is removed
from the system. Hence, it becomes unavailable for all instances of the component
on this system.

Authorization Cache Location | Specify a directory where the user authorization information files are stored. After you change this setting, click the Refresh button to display authorizations already stored to that location. You can use the (…) button to browse to the proper folder. |
