Restrictions and limitations

  • The component works with the RightFax Server versions 9.0, 9.3, 9.4, 10.0, 10.5, and 10.6.
  • The Right Fax client software should be installed on the machine with Workflow Server for correct work of the component.
  • The built-in conversion engine on the RightFax Server supports only the file formats listed in the below table. Therefore, only the files of those formats should be used for correct work of the component:
