How to use the Kofax Unified Client for Toshiba v 1.0 component

Users can design custom scanning processes through Kofax Unified Client for Toshiba v 1.0 devices to capture documents and route the documents to a designated location. This example uses the Kofax Unified Client for Toshiba v 1.0 capture component and the Send to Folder route component to create a simple workflow.

For information about how to create AutoStore processes, refer to Using AutoStore Process Designer.

  1. Confirm that the AutoStore Process Designer is open on the server.
  2. Create a new task in an AutoStore solution.
  3. From the Toolbox, drag the Toshiba Unified Client capture component to the task.
  4. From the Toolbox, drag the Send to Folder route component to the task.
  5. Configure the Kofax Unified Client for Toshiba v 1.0 capture component by following instructions in Configure Toshiba Unified Client component settings.
  6. Create a form by following instructions in Managing forms.
