How to Use Print Job Submission

You can send documents to a print submission queue and further route them to external print job submission servers.

The prerequisit for this task in Equitrac side is to have a queue that accept jobs. Rules are not required, and the Secure printing option can be set to enabled or disabled.

The following procedure provides an example of a common usage scenario.

  1. Design a workflow process by selecting the AutoCapture capture component, Print Job Submission eConnector process component and Print Job Submission route component.
  2. Activate and configure the Print Job Submission eConnector component.
  3. Configure an Equitrac print job submission server and select a print submission queue from the list of queues available for printing.
    Note: Select a print queue that was previously created in the Equitrac component, and ensure that it is functional.
  4. Configure additional properties for the document to be sent to print job submission queue.
  5. Similarly, configure the Print Job Submission route component.
  6. Run the process.
