How to configure device for accounting
This procedure describes how to configure a device for accounting.
If the Device Configuration dialog box for the device is not open
      already, follow the instructions in Configure
        Output Manager devices before continuing with this procedure.
      Note: Accounting data for Output Manager print jobs and the Combined Client for Ricoh scan jobs
        is always recorded, regardless of settings configured with this procedure.
      - In the Device Configuration dialog box, click the Device Details tab.
 - For Cost Management, select Prints or Copies depending on your business requirements.
 - If you selected Copies, specify the cost per page.
