Deployment steps
- Prepare for deployment:
- Verify that your device is supported.
 - Verify prerequisites.
 - Get the latest installer packages (AutoStore 7.0 SP5 or later, Output Manager 4.0 SP2 or later, DRS 7.13, and the Unified Client for Ricoh Smart Operation Panel 1.1 client package).
 
 - Install the AutoStore server.
 - Install Output Manager.
 - Install and set up Device Registration Service (DRS):
- Upload the Unified Client for Ricoh Smart Operation Panel 1.1 client package into DRS.
 - Create and add application in DRS.
 - Add and configure the MFP device.
 - Install the Ricoh device using DRS in AutoStore and Output Manager.
 
 - Execute final actions:
- Select and run action.
 
 - Create your first AutoStore workflow and
            verify installation:
- License AutoStore.
 - Configure Send to Folder workflow.
 - Verify installation.
 
 - Create your first Output Manager workflow and
            verify installation:
- Set up a source.
 - Set up a destination.
 - Route a document to a destination.
 - Verify installation.
