Managing Billing Codes

Billing codes can be sorted by Billing Code name, Description, Balance, Primary PIN and Locked status. The Billing Code and Description columns can be sorted alphabetically, and the Balance and Primary PIN columns can be sorted numerically.

System Manager offers search filters for Billing codes. If you are managing a large number of Billing codes, you can enter a search filter at the top of any column to further refine the list.

To use the search filter feature, do the following:

  1. In Accounts, select Billing Codes and click the Filter button.
  2. Enter the search criteria in the field above the column, and select a filter operator. For example, the Billing code operator options are contains, starts with and equals.
  3. Select the appropriate billing code you want to modify.
