Re-enable an Excluded Application

You cannot enable print tracking for any of the system default excluded applications, however, you can re-enable an application within the Additional excluded applications list.

  1. In System Configuration, go to Global Configuration Settings > Printing > Desktop Printing Exclusion List & Port Exclusion List.
  2. Select an application from the Additional excluded applications list and click Delete.
  3. Click Yes to confirm the removal.
The application is automatically removed from the exclusion list and can now be tracked.
