Enable Release All

To enable a user to release all print jobs automatically after authentication on ApeosPort-IV devices, do the following:

  1. In Web System Manager, go to Global Configuration Settings > Devices > Embedded devices.
  2. Select Xerox/Fuji Xerox JBA from the Device type list.
  3. In the Authentication JBA section, select the Off-box validation to Automatic release of all print jobs upon validation.
  4. Click OK to save the setting.
With this option enabled, users can release all their queued print jobs without using Follow-You Printing on the MFP. If this option is not selected, then the user must use the Release All button on the MFP Services screen to release all of their print jobs.
