Workflows

Tracked workflows contain an extra step where billing information is collected once a device function with a security template assigned is selected.

A typical Lexmark workflow consists of:

• Authentication
• Selection of an MFP function
• Execution of the selected function
• Log out

For eSF 4.x devices and earlier, a typical Lexmark tracked workflow consists of:

• Authentication
• Selection of an MFP function
• Designation of a billing code (if configured)
• Execution of the selected function
• Log out
