Scan tracking and Follow-You Printing

With eSF 4.x devices or earlier, if documents scanned by non-native scan applications are tracked to an unidentified user or Follow-You Printing displayed the previous logged in user’s documents, verify that the Use Profiles check box is selected in your configuration settings.
  1. From a web browser, open the Lexmark MFP device web page: http://device_ip
  2. Click Settings > Security > Security Setup > Access Controls > Function Access.
  3. Select Use Profiles and apply a security template.
