Add/Edit Tree Item dialog box

This dialog box specifies the display text and value for an item in a tree field.

Option	Description
Display Text	Enter the text that users will view for a tree item when navigating the tree.
Value	Enter the value that will be sent to the server when a user selects the tree item.
