Appearance tab (Form Settings)

Use settings on this tab to configure how users will access the form on a Lexmark MFP.

Field Name	Description
Description	The name that will be displayed on the MFP for this form.
Scan Button Label	Type the scan button label value that appears on the device panel.
Button Images	Normal — Path to the scan button image file that appears on the panel. If you do not select an image, the panel shows the default image. Pressed — Path to the image file that appears after the user presses the Normal image. If you do not select an image, the panel shows the default image.
