Set the authentication prompts

In the driver pop-up dialog, you must set the fields of information that the user must complete when they submit a print job.
  1. In Web System Manager, click Configuration, then click Controller interfaces.
  2. Select an authentication method that specifies what account data corresponds with the Xerox print driver user and account ID fields.
    The following table lists the authentication methods and how they correspond to the Fuji Xerox user and account ID prompts in the Xerox print driver:

    Primary and secondary PIN Primary PIN Secondary PIN User, Billing Code, or Department

  3. Click OK to save any changes.
