Authorize a Microsoft 365 provider in Token Vault
To authorize a Microsoft 365 provider by the service user to be configured in eCopy ShareScan Session Logon service to access Microsoft Entra ID on the Available authorization providers page in Token Vault, do the following.

Launch Token Vault. Enter the Token Vault URL into the address bar of your browser according to your Token Vault
configuration in the following format:
https://<FQDN>:<port>/.
where:

FQDN is the fully qualified domain name of the Token Vault machine.

port is the value of the HTTPS Port setting configured on the Token Vault Server Settings page in case of https usage.
For example: https://tokenvaultmachine.testdomain.com:8381.

- Log in with your Microsoft Entra user, who you want to configure in the eCopy ShareScan Session Logon service to access Microsoft Entra ID, by clicking Sign in with Microsoft, and complete the login process on the login page for the Microsoft Identity Platform (Microsoft Entra ID).

Click
Authorize for the Microsoft 365 authorization provider configured for Session
Logon service to retrieve user and group data from Microsoft Entra ID.
Your browser will redirect you to the login page for Microsoft 365.

Log in with your Microsoft 365 account and grant access to Token Vault.
Your browser will direct you back to Token Vault displaying the authorization success dialog.
- Click Close on this dialog to finish authorization.
