Document tab
Use this tab to set the document attributes.
Option | Description |

Rename title | Use these options to set the title of the document on the server. Select the
checkbox to enable renaming the title of the document, and enter a title in the text
box next to the checkbox. The title should be short but descriptive and can contain spaces and punctuation marks. The behavior of the component in setting the title is as follows:

Rename file | Use these options to set the file name of the document. Select the checkbox to
enable renaming the file name of the document, and enter a file name in the text box
next to the checkbox. The behavior of the component in setting the file name for the routed document is as follows:

Summary | Enter a short description of the document. The summary appears below the document title. |
Description | Enter the description of the document in this text box. Click the browse button
(...) to open the Enter Description dialog box, which allows entering a longer and more detailed description. You can
include HTML tags in the description of the document. The new line
html tag (<br>) is handled automatically. It does not appear in the Enter
Description dialog box but appears in the text box.

Keywords | Enter a comma-separated list of words that will be associated with the document. Keywords help to categorize documents and can be used to find documents in a search. |
Author(s) | Enter a comma-separated list of authors for the document. |
Expiration date | Enter the date and time after which the document is no longer needed. Sent documents will be marked as expired on the server after the specified date. You can use the Select Date dialog box to select the expiration date or any RRTs. If you use RRTs, then several date/time formats are supported. |
Destination folder |
Enter the destination folder of the document. You can use the Select Directory dialog box to browse for an existing destination folder. You can enter the folder manually or use any RRTs. If the specified folder does not exist, then an exception can be thrown or the folder can be created according to the state of the Create destination folder if does not exist checkbox. The behavior of the component is as follows:

Owner |
Enter the owner of the document. You can use the Select User dialog box to browse for a specific user. You can enter the owner manually or use any RRTs. This field must be empty or must contain an RRT or any valid user. Otherwise the configuration cannot be saved. If an RRT is used that results in an invalid user during runtime, then an exception is thrown. If this field is left empty, then the owner of the document is the owner of the corresponding folder. |
Lock document | Use this checkbox to lock the document on the server for editing by other users.
Locking a document (either in AutoStore or on the Web UI)
prevents any conflict handling action. If this checkbox is selected, then a
corresponding warning is dropped.
