General tab

Use this tab to set general connection parameters for logging into the DocuWare Cloud server and to specify the destination of the routed document.

All text boxes in this tab can contain RRTs.
Option Description
Activate and Pass through

Activiate - Select this combo box to YES to make the component active. If this combo box is not set, the component won't perform any actions during files processing at run time, and all the options of the component will be disabled for configuring (for eConnector only).

Pass-through - Set this combo box to YES to make the document(s) available to the subsequent components.

Communication group
Organization Enter the name of your organization.
Server URL In this text box, specify the address of the DocuWare Cloud server to which you want to connect. This text box is enabled only when Web services communication type is selected; it is mandatory to fill out this text box when it is enabled.

The server address may be specified as follows:

http(s)://server.docuware.cloud

Where:
  • http(s):// is the prefix in the server address
  • server is your uniqe DocuWare Cloud URL or it can be a general login URL, e.g., login-us or login-emea.
  • The last part of the address is usually .docuware.cloud

The following examples provide you with a sample reference of what is acceptable to be entered in this text box:

  • https://login-japan.docuware.cloud
  • https://13.107.246.44
  • https://{your-DocuWareCloud-URL.domain}
Platform Enter the name of the DocuWare Cloud platform.
Authentication group
Token Vault URL Enter the fully qualified Token Vault URL with port number.
Provider ID Enter the ID of the Authorization Provider that was set up in Token Vault to work with this AutoStore component.
Local User Account In this text box, specify a domain user account that will be used by the workflow.

The accepted format is UPN (User Principal Name) – testuser@test.domain.corp

Make sure that the account specified in this text box has completed the authorization and consent process through Token Vault. Otherwise, the component will fail to process files through this account.

You may use RRTs in this text box. When you use an RRT, make sure that it is replaced with a domain user account in UPN format; otherwise, the component will fail to process files and they will be rejected.
Route group
File cabinet Enter the name of the file cabinet where you want to store documents. Or click the browse button (...) to select one of the available file cabinets in the opened Select File Cabinet dialog box.
Basket Enter the name of the basket where you want to store document or click the browse button (...) to select one of the available baskets in the opened Select Basket dialog box.

It is mandatory to fill out either the File cabinet text box or the Basket text box. If you specify the File cabinet only, the component will store document directly in the file cabinet. If you specify the Basket only, the component will store document directly in the basket. When a Basket is selected, you cannot set the Create data record without document option. If both the File cabinet and the Basket are specified, the component will store documents into both the file cabinet and the basket.
