Routing template tab
Use this tab to enter information about the routing template used and information about the corresponding task. Routing templates are defined processes to which a document can be assigned so that it becomes a task for participants.

Routing template | Enter the routing template the document is assigned to. You can use the Select Routing Template dialog box to browse for a specific routing template, enter the routing template manually or use any RRTs. This field must be empty or must contain an RRT or any valid routing template. Otherwise the configuration cannot be saved. If RRT is used that results in an invalid routing template during runtime, then an exception is thrown. If this field is left empty, then the document is not assigned to any routing template. |
Rename task title |
Use these options to set the title of the task on the server. Select the checkbox to enable renaming the task title, and enter a title in the text box next to the checkbox. The behavior of the component in setting the title is as follows:

Flag | Use this option to flag the task. You can use RRTs or any Boolean constants
in this field. 'yes', 'true', 'on', '1' (upper or lower case) is evaluated as YES;
'no', 'false', 'off', '0' is evaluated as NO.

Task(s) |
You can specify the behavior of the task(s) in case conflict-handling action Overwrite, Append, Prepend or Insert is executed. In case conflict-handling action Append, Prepend or Insert is executed, in the background a new document is created with a new object handle and the old document is deleted.

Task due date |
You can specify the due date of the task (if new task is created).
Info button — You can get up-to-date information about the default due date of the routing template in a dialog box. |
