Associate the card reader with another printer
When the Ethernet Card Reader is physically connected to a printer and configured in System Manager, it is automatically associated with that printer. If you want to associate the card reader with a new printer, go to and do one of the following:
- If you want a physical connection between the card reader and the new printer, connect the card reader to the new printer. Verify the connection in System Manager.
- If there is no physical connection between the card reader and the current printer, you can select another printer from the Assigned to another physical device list. See Configure Ethernet card readers.
