Configure fields

Field profiles define the information that a user or a group of users can view in the document fields.

To configure fields and field profiles, complete one of the following procedures.

  • Add fields

    You can add custom fields to the invoice header if the corresponding field IDs already exist in SAP.

  • Edit and delete fields

    You can edit and delete your custom fields in the invoice header.

  • Rename field labels

    If your preferred terminology differs from the default, you can rename field labels to match.

    You can rename only existing field labels and use only supported languages. To implement new fields and languages, contact Tungsten Automation Technical Support.
  • Show and hide fields

    If business processes require mandatory or hidden fields, you can manage them within a predefined set of field profiles.

    You can only modify the field profiles. You cannot add new profiles or delete existing ones. Also, you cannot move fields to a different position on the screen.
