Copy an existing group
You can copy an existing group with the required setup, instead of creating a new one, and adapt it to your purposes.
To copy an existing group, complete the following steps.
- In the Worklist, select .
- Select the group that you want to copy.
- Click Copy.
- In the General data pane, enter a name for the group.
- If you want to assign a different Worklist, select the Worklist.

Optional. In the
Document-type restrictions pane, modify the document type and authorization assignments.
By default, the copied group has the same access to documents as the original group (including the restrictions).
- Click Save.
