Access restriction fields

If a group should be restricted to specific document-related actions, you need to set up access restriction fields.

The following type / field value combinations can be used to set up access restriction fields.

Type	Field value
interval	Interval consisting of a start value and end value. The values are separated with a - (dash). The decimal separator for a numeric value is a . (dot). Notation: [start value - end value] Examples: [150000 - 200000], [25.50 - 50]
value	One specific value. The decimal separator for a numeric value is a . (dot). Example: R100
value list	List of specific values, separated with a , (comma). Examples: 15,30,45.50,100

List of specific values, separated with a , (comma).

All the values for the different fields within one document type are combined with a logical AND, that is, the documents are visible only if they meet all the criteria.
