Modify an existing template
You can modify an existing email template, for example, change the subject, or the text in the message. You cannot modify fields in the General pane, such as the name and the description of the template.
To modify an email template, complete the following steps.
Make sure you have completed the steps described in Set up the email service.
- In the Worklist, select .
- Select the template that you want to modify.

In the
Email Templates pane, enter the changes for the required language.

In the Subject box, click to change the email subject.

In the Email text box, select the entry you want to modify. Make the changes in the editing dialog box. After editing, click OK.

Click
Save.
To reset email templates to the default state, click Restore.
