Download installer packages

The following components are required for installing the Unified Client for Ricoh Smart SOP software:

  • ControlSuite software: Log into your account, or create an account, at the Support Portal Information page. You can access the Entitlement Portal to download ControlSuite, based on the entitlements assigned to you after purchase. Check the Fulfillment Letter you received after purchase for additional information.
  • Ricoh Client Package: Download the Unified Client for Ricoh SOP software package, TungstenRicohUnifiedClient-<version>.zip, from the Tungsten Downloads Automation Web site (https://delivery.tungstenautomation.com).
