Install the DWS with AutoStore

After installing AutoStore and the DRS, and installing the Unified Client for Toshiba in DRS, complete the following steps to install the DWS:

  1. Download the DWS software from the Tungsten Downloads Web site (https://delivery.tungsten.com).
  2. Select and run the Installer file to launch the Setup Wizard.
  3. On the Welcome screen, click Next to begin the installation process.
  4. Read and accept the terms of the Tungsten Automation End User License Agreement and click Next.
  5. On the Destination Folder screen, accept the default installation folder or click Change to select a new folder. Click Next.
  6. Click Install, and then Finish to complete the installation.
In the DRS, in the Toshiba Unified Client Service Details screen, update the Server configuration – AutoStore only field to point to the DWS server.
Due to a security update Toshiba devices may no longer show a login page after updating DWS. Initialize the device with client package 1.0.6945 to resolve the issue.
