Objective options

Migrate document to: Specify the location within the Objective installation to migrate the content into, based on a manually entered folder ID or a folder ID sourced from an index field.

Root Folder ID: Specify a root folder ID within the Objective installation.

Set published flag: Enable this feature to set a flag on the incoming migrated content as Published.

Set corporate value flag: Enable this feature to set a flag on the incoming migrated content as Corporate Value.

Security classification ID: Specify the security classification ID of the incoming migrated content.

Document catalog options

Specify either an existing document catalog previously configured within the Objective installation, or determine the document catalog by mapping it to an index field.

Document type options

Specify either an existing document type previously configured within the Objective installation, or determine the document type by mapping it to an index field.

Single page output options

Single page output options are only used if single page output is selected in the image file options on the General tab.

Naming option: Select the format by which the files are named.

External application options

To execute another Windows application as a part of this migration, you must configure the following:

Application: Select the Windows executable to launch.

Arguments: Supply any command line arguments, if any. These are supplied by the executable developer.

Launch timing: You can select from the following timing options to launch the executable:

  • Launch application after each batch is migrated.

  • Launch application after all selected batches are migrated.

Wait for application to complete: PSIcapture waits for the application to complete its actions before continuing the workflow.

  • Maximum wait time (minutes): Specify how long PSIcapture waits for the application to complete its actions before proceeding with the workflow.
