Data Group Number options

Generate using: Select what should generate the group number within PaperVision/Image Silo:

  • <BatchID><RandomNumber>

  • <DataGroupCompanyID><BatchIndexFieldValue>

  • <DataGroupCompanyID><RandomNumber>

  • <BatchIndexFieldValue>

Index field: Specify an index field to map the <BatchIndexFieldValue> above.

Maximum value of Data Group Number: Specify a maximum value of the generated number for the data group.

PaperFlow Access Database options

Append output to database if it already exists: Enable this feature to append the migrated data to a database if it already exists.

Auto-generate sequential file name for images: Enable this feature to automatically generate sequential file names for images migrated to PaperVision/Image Silo.

Shared file options

File directory structure: Select the desired directory structure.

Duplicate image/OCR file behavior: When the program detects that it is about to create a duplicate image/OCR file, you can determine how the program behaves.

Single page output options

Single page output options are only used if single page output is selected in the image file options on the General tab.

Storage option: Specify whether PSIcapture migrates files to either the output location or a subfolder within the output location.

Naming option: Select the format by which the files are named.

External application options

To execute another Windows application as a part of this migration, you must configure the following:

Application: Select the Windows executable to launch.

Arguments: Supply any command line arguments, if any. These are supplied by the executable developer.

Launch timing: You can select from the following timing options to launch the executable:

  • Launch application after each batch is migrated.

  • Launch application after all selected batches are migrated.

Wait for application to complete: PSIcapture waits for the application to complete its actions before continuing the workflow.

  • Maximum wait time (minutes): Specify how long PSIcapture waits for the application to complete its actions before proceeding with the workflow.
