Document output
Document specification: If you select As Path, configure the following parameters:
Document path position: Select one of the following:

Last Column
-
Custom Column
-
Do Not Output
Column: Enter the column number if Custom Column is selected in document path position.
Document path output: Select one of the following:

Absolute Paths (C:\images\my batch\)
-
Relative Paths (my batch\)
-
Fixed Root Paths
Fixed root path: Enter the root paths if Fixed Root Paths is selected in document path output.
If you select As Base64 Encoded Value, specify the following:
Output document files in addition to storing in output file: Enable this feature to migrate the document files alongside the stored Text migration files.
Trigger file
Create trigger file: Select this option to create a trigger file.
Trigger file fixed name: Optionally, enter a fixed name for the trigger file.
Trigger file extension: Enter the trigger file extension. The default extension is trg.
Shared file options
File directory structure: Select the desired directory structure.
Duplicate image/OCR file behavior: When the program detects that it is about to create a duplicate image/OCR file, you can determine how the program behaves.
Single page output options
Single page output options are only used if single page output is selected in the image file options on the General tab.
Storage option: Specify whether PSIcapture migrates files to either the output location or a subfolder within the output location.
Naming option: Select the format by which the files are named.
External application options
To execute another Windows application as a part of this migration, you must configure the following:
Application: Select the Windows executable to launch.
Arguments: Supply any command line arguments, if any. These are supplied by the executable developer.
Launch timing: You can select from the following timing options to launch the executable:

Launch application after each batch is migrated.

Launch application after all selected batches are migrated.
Wait for application to complete: PSIcapture waits for the application to complete its actions before continuing the workflow.

Maximum wait time (minutes): Specify how long PSIcapture waits for the application to complete its actions before proceeding with the workflow.
