Automation Monitor

The following tabs are available from this dialog box:

Automation Workers

This tab lists the location (computer name) and status of each computer that has enabled the Auto Import service. This dialog box can also be opened by clicking Automation Monitor in the Utilities menu.

In case of errors, a Details button becomes visible on the bottom right corner of the dialog box. Click this button to view the errors.

Click the Restart Automation button to clear the current, internal lists of active and suspended queued directories of the automation, and to restart the process that detects queued directories in all monitored locations.

The Restart Automation button is only available on the capture server.

Automated Import

The following tabs are available in the central grid:

  • Monitored locations shows the locations of the monitored folders configured in Auto Import.

  • Queued file sets shows the number of file sets that are queued for processing. These are managed by the capture server that passes these file sets to available computers.

  • In-Process file sets shows the number of file sets currently being processed.

  • Suspended file sets shows the number of file sets that are suspended due to manual processing steps.

These tabs list all capture profiles that have Auto Import enabled, but the numbers above the tabs only count the valid locations and file sets listed in them.

Workflow Auto Processing

This tab lists batches that have been suspended due to processing errors. The user has the following options:

  • Refresh List: Refreshes the list of current batches that may be ignored due to processing errors or specific settings in your workflow auto processing configuration.

  • Remove Selected Batches: Removes the selected batches from the error list and attempts to re-process them. This setting is typically used after making adjustments to the capture profile configuration and using the Update Batches function, or after manually processing the batches.
