Field Settings
The Field Settings tab provides a tool to map index values from the capture process to index or metadata fields in the target content management system.
The Field Name column represents the index field name defined for this document type, while the Linked Field Name column represents the index field name in the target system.
The Output Format supports text field masking.
To include a field to be migrated, select the corresponding check box in the Include column.
If there are fields that do not match fields in the list, they are highlighted yellow.
DocuWare Table fields
If the selected file cabinet has Table-type fields, each field is listed in the DocuWare Table Fields grid. You can select which Table-type fields to include in the migration output.
Once a Table-type field is marked as Included, you can configure its settings by clicking the
gear icon. Select which record types should generate rows
for the given Table-type field.
If no specific record types are selected, rows in the Table field are generated for all records on the document. The standard Field Settings list is used to map the index fields in PSIcapture to the child fields of the current Table-type field.
