New Capture Profile Options

You can select the following options:

• Create a blank Capture Profile

  Selecting this option takes you to Capture Profile - General Setup.

• Create a Classification Capture Profile

  You can select the following classification-based separation options:

  • Use Form-Based document separation

  • User Standard user-defined document separation

  Selecting either of these options takes you to Capture Profile - General Setup.

• Create from a pre-defined template

  You can create a new capture profile based on a template.

  Selecting this option opens a new dialog box. Follow the instructions in the upper right corner of the box. After clicking Import, the program attempts to configure all index field definitions (for example, name, type, and size), and depending on which template is selected, workflow and security related items are also obtained from the selected system.
