PSIcapture Mailroom options

Queue Type: Decide whether the queue where the documents need to go is for an individual user or a team.

Queue: Decide which user or team queue to send the documents to. You can select from an already existing queue or from an index field similar to "Document.Queue" in the non-direct version of PSIcapture Mailroom migration.

Document Profile: Select a document profile to assign the documents to. You can select from an already existing document profile or from a configured index field for the capture profile.

Enable document grouping: Enable this feature to group documents automatically when migrating to PSIcapture Mailroom.

External application options

Use the external application options to launch an executable outside of PSIcapture once the migration completes.

Application: Specify the fully qualified path and name of the executable.

Do not place quotation marks around the application entry, even if the directory or file name contains spaces.

Arguments: Supply any arguments that are required for the executable to run properly. If the executable requires quotation marks around certain argument values, they must be specified. To build dynamic argument strings based on batch-level index field values, click the Build button. Type in whatever constant values are required, and use the Index Fields list to select and insert placeholders for the desired index fields.

For example: "<FIELD>Batch.MigrationDirectory</FIELD>MyZipFile.zip""<FIELD>Batch.MigrationDirectory</FIELD>\*.tif".

Launch timing: Specify when the application should be launched:

  • Launch application after each batch is migrated.

  • Launch application after all selected batches are migrated.

Wait for application to complete: Select this box to prevent the migration step from closing before the external application completes.

  • Maximum wait time: Specify how many minutes the migration workflow step is allowed to wait for the external application to complete.
