Default image view: Users can select how to display the document image in the Viewer pane. Available options are:

• Page View

• Thumbnail View

• Both

Thumbnail image size: Users can select the size of the thumbnail. Available options are:

• Smallest

• Small

• Medium

• Large

Show file size in the thumbnail viewer: Displays the file size in the thumbnail viewer.

Enable scanner control sheets: The user can process a loaded scanner profile for this capture profile. The format is a bar code sheet, which is formatted as follows: "LP-{the name of the profile}".

Enable PDF bookmark sheets: Controls whether the application checks for PDF bookmark sheets.

Automatically save pages after manually rotating: Automatically saves the rotation state of pages after each rotation, which relieves the user from clicking Save Rotation after manually rotating a page.

Warn user when closing a Batch that contains items flagged for deletion or rejection: Causes a dialog box to appear when a user attempts to close a batch containing items flagged for deletion or rejection.

Delete empty Batch items (Folders, Documents) when closing a Batch: Automatically deletes all empty folders and documents when closing a batch.

Disable prompting when deleting Folders, Documents, and Pages: Skips the confirmation prompts every time a folder, document, or page is deleted.

Automatically name manually separated folders using current date and time: Names the separated folders configured in Separation by current date and time.
